Every celebration at SPACE Events is guided by a proven core process refined over 21 years of experience. From the moment you book, our team handles every detail so you can enjoy the excitement of planning with zero stress.

Your planning journey begins with our complimentary expert event planner, and together you will go over all the logistics, timelines, and your overall vision for your celebration.

Next step would be to meet with our in-house specialists, our graphic design team, to develop custom visuals and explore creative placement options, and our decor team, to guide you through all decor selections, ensuring every element reflects your theme and enhances the atmosphere.

Our entertainment coordinator will review music choices to create a dynamic and unforgettable experience.

Two weeks prior, guest counts, menu confirmation, floor plans, timelines, and event details are finalized, allowing our team to execute with precision.

On the day of your event, our complimentary day-of event coordinator will meet and greet and handle everything throughout your party for flawless execution.
